· Open only the Quad and Stella on Saturdays and Sundays ONLY from 8:30-5:30.
· Groom only the following runs Friday night and fewer on Saturday night:

· End shuttle service to everyone except employees.
· Close the Lakeview Café and Kindercamp.
· Close the Rossignol Demo Center at the top of the Quad and offer limited food service at the Outback (i.e. no grill).
· Bring a barbecue outside and offer a lunch to people for $10 (including tax) with a hamburger or hotdog, Tim’s Potato Chips and a canned soda. (you can’t say you wouldn’t make a killer profit on this).
· Offer only limited lessons by reservation only (or not at all).
· Bring all of this year’s demo and other clearance gear to the deck outside the Source for more exposure to try to sell it all quick.
· Lodging deals! Sell out all the rooms on the mountain by starting Selkirk Lodge rooms at $99/night as they were selling for similar prices in 2000-2001 during the regular season.
· Break out those old snowskate rails and reopen the snowskate park below the Selkirk Lodge pool between the Mill Building and the Selkirk Lodge. Just informal, drop in and skate. You should still have some rental boards stashed away somewhere in the Source – rent those for $5. Consider doing this during night skiing (regular season) as well.
· Close the Bark Beetle Room, Pucci’s Pub, and Stiles and turn off the lights in the Cirque.
· Offer competitive pricing, but not too competitive. There are only 2 lifts, but 85% of terrain. For example, consider the following:
ALL NON-SEASON PASSHOLDERS: $30 w/ tax.
SEASON PASSHOLDERS @ OTHER RESORTS: $20 w/ tax.
